These Conditions of Sale apply to all sales of products that you, the Customer, order from CMPSG via our website, identified by the domain name www.cmpsg.com ("the Website"). By placing an order through the Website, you agree to be bound by these Conditions of Sale. If you refuse to accept these Conditions, you will not be able to order any products from the Website. Our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy are incorporated into these Conditions of Sale by reference.

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by CMPSG. Quantity limits may apply and CMPSG reserves the right to refuse orders exceeding a certain number of authorized products.

5. Orders
Orders are processed as follows: select products, add them to your shopping bag, proceed to checkout, review order details, accept the Conditions of Sale, and place your order. CMPSG reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or terminate orders at any moment for reasons such as ongoing payment disputes or suspected fraudulent activities.
6. Prices, Tax, and Shipping Costs
All prices are in Australian Dollars and subject to change. The price at the time of order confirmation will be honored. Actual shipping costs and applicable taxes will be reflected on the payment page.
7. Payment
We accept specified payment methods on the Website. Full payment details must be provided when placing an order. CMPSG performs standard security checks and reserves the right to refuse transactions. Pre-payment does not impact any legal rights under these Conditions of Sale, including any right of refund.
8. Payment by Bank Wire Transfer

10. Acknowledgment of Order
An acknowledgment of your order will be sent, including an Order Reference Number. This is not an acceptance of your order. Order acceptance and the formation of a contract is confirmed upon shipment.

A written Confirmation of Order is sent upon shipment, indicating acceptance of your order and the existence of a binding sales contract.
12. Proof of Agreement
Order acknowledgments and confirmations are deemed received when accessible by you.
13. Complimentary Services
Engraving, embossing, or adjustment services are not available. Personalized products cannot be returned.
14. Shipping Policy
Orders are only accepted for delivery to addresses in Australia. We do not ship to military or restricted areas, PO boxes, or hotels. Boutique pick-up is not offered.
15. Delivery
A signature is required upon delivery, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.
16. Invoices
Invoices will be sent to the buyer's email. Requests for invoices can be sent to cmpsgbusiness@gmail.com.
17. Return Policy
If not satisfied, you may return products within thirty (30) days of receipt, subject to conditions. Returned products must be in new and unused state. Personalized, engraved, or adjusted items cannot be returned. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
