Return and Replacement Policy for Aztec Death Whistle
Replacement Policy: Given the nature of our Aztec death whistles, which are susceptible to contact with saliva and are therefore non-reusable, CMPSG is committed to prioritizing the health and experience of our users. Our approach is rooted in upholding the highest standards of hygiene and customer satisfaction.
- Eligibility for Replacement: In the event that a product is found to be defective or damaged upon receipt, customers are entitled to request a replacement.
- Evidence Requirement: Customers are required to provide photographic evidence of the defect or damage within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Replacement Process: Upon verification of the claim, CMPSG will dispatch a replacement item. This process is contingent on the availability of the product and is limited to one replacement per original purchase.
Return Policy: CMPSG offers a return policy under specific conditions primarily related to product defects or incorrect fulfillment of orders.
- Duration: Customers have up to 14 days from receipt of the item to initiate a return request.
- Condition for Return: The item must be in the original condition received - unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory for processing a return.
- Initiating a Return: To commence a return process, customers should contact cmpsgbusiness@gmail.com. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Return Address: Authorized returns should be sent to: Level 22, 101 Therry St., Melbourne, Australia.
- Return Shipping: Upon acceptance of a return request, CMPSG will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions.
Refunds: Refunds are issued solely in cases where returns are due to defects or errors attributable to CMPSG.
- Inspection and Approval: Returned items will undergo an inspection process. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
- Bank Processing Time: Please note that the processing time for the bank or credit card company to post the refund may vary.
